Abstract of title concerning the land and properties of Green End Farm.
17th of May 1887-Joseph Beasley secures a £5118.18.6 mortgage using the land and propertis of Green End Farm. Memorandom is add on the 24th Nov 1877, Anne Whitmore makes a payment of £25 plus interest towards the mortgage.
16th April 1877, Charlotte Slade owns the properties and land, but by 1820 her son Jehu Slade and her daughter Catherine Slade has inherited the properties plus the mortgage secured against the land and properties.
21st June 1855-Probate of Will of Catherine Slade, leaving her land properties and mortgages to her children, Jehu and Charlotte.
22nd Feb 1858 Owen Wallis-(testator) dies.
21st Dec 1867-H.B.Whitworth sues Jewell for £4000+£300 on borrowngs of the 29th Sept 1854 mortgage.
The main trustee and mortagee H.B.Whitworth dies, probate is finalised in 18th Oct 1877.
Oct 20th 1902-William Latimer dies, leaving the mortgages and deeds to the properties in Green End Farm to his brother George Latimer. He has been given permission to sell the lands and properties can be sold if he deems the sales will be advantatious to the trustees.
