In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Clack of Pinden End in he Parish of Hanslope and County of Buckingham Labourer Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form folloowing  I give and bequeath the dwelling house in which I now live together with the adjoining Garden Orchard and other premises which I now occupy along with the said dwelling House to my Son George Clack for and during the term of his natural life and after the Death of my said Son George Clack I give and bequeath the said dwelling House Garden Orchard and other premises to my Grandson Thomas Clack to him and his heirs and assigns for ever  Also I give and bequeath my other dwelling House together with the Orchard Garden and other premises adjoining thereto which join my aforesaid dwelling House and premises on the East side and which are at present occupied by my Son Christopher Clack to my said Son Christopher Clack till his Son Benjamin Clack arrives at the age of twenty one  years and when my said Grandson Benjamin Clack shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years then I give an bequeath my last mentioned Dwelling House Orchard  Garden and other premises to my said Grandson Benjamin Clack to him and his heirs and assigns for ever And I hereby require my said Sons and Grandson to keep all the said Houses and premises in good and sufficient repair  And I hereby appoint my said Sons George Clack and Christopher Clack joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I hereby revoke all Wills heretofore by me at any time made, and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament as witness my hand this Twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighteen   The mark of Thomas Clack   Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Clack Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto affixed our names as Witnesses  W Singleton  Charles Lawrence  Thomas Billing
