Narrative

1811-Exemplification of Recovery, by Christopher Norris demandant, Geroge Pitt Hurst tenant,and E.H.Watts voucher.  (we are unsure what the documents were for.)

2nd June 1829-Probate of the Will of Edward Watts. land and properties between Edward Watts esq and Edward Hanslope Watts and eldest son of Edward Watts Esq.

3rd Feb 1850-Bargin and Sale of said

16th June 1866-Indenture, (enrolled in the Chancery, 27th July 1866.)  Between Edward H Watts one part and Samuel Newman Gentleman of Newport Pagnell.

22nd Nov 1871-indenture made between Edward Hanslope Watts one part and Thomas Higgins of Hanslope, farmer of the other part.  Selling of Stocking Green Farm, Middle Green Farm, occupied by Richard Wilbey.  One acre of land with two cottages in occupation of Thomas Stanton and Thomas Nichols.  The land was sold for £1800.

30th Marh 1878-£1000 mortgage between Thomas Higgins and mortgagees, Thomas Jobson Jackson and John Malsbury Kirby Elliot, surveyed by Francis Willmot.

12th Oct 1902-Transfer of Thomas Higgins of mortgage between Thomas Jobson Jackson and John Malsbury Kirby and the new mortgagees, John  and Philip Wilmot.  This was due to the fact that Thomas Jobson Jackson had died on the 7th April 1894.
