Covecard for the production of deeds, concerning Middle Green Farm, Stocking Green Farm and one acre of land containing two cottages. This was between Edward Watts a Gentleman of Hanlsope and Thomas Higgins a farmer. Dated 2nd November 1877.
Concerning the land called knowingly Middle Stocking Green, containing eleven acre, one rood and twenty perches situated in the Parish of Hanslope, called Stocking Green Farm in the occupation of Thomas Higgins.
Also several pieces of pasture land in Hanslope adjoining he above on the North West close or piece of pasture land in Hanslope, containing five acres and one rood, twelve perches on the occupation of Richard Wilbey.
Also a piece or parcel of land in Hanslope, containing one acre, ajoined to the above parcels of land together with two cottages or tenements then standing in the occupation of Thomas Stanton and Tomas Nichols who can retain their rights to their cottages,
Edwards Watts is to produce said documents for the above properties and land.
