In a report prepared for Lincoln Corporation on the Corporation's estate in Hanslope, one farm of 159 acres is indicated as let to Fredk. Warwick. It is indicated that the farmer is having difficulties: repairs have not been made; grazing has been sub-let due to lack of capital; rent is in arrears, although reduced in 1886; house has been much neglected and is damp as there are no fires in the rooms.
