Joane Farrowe of Hanslop Widowe In the name of god Amen the xiiij the day of January Anno Dm 1609 I Joane Farrow of Hanslop in the Cpountie of Bucks widdowe being sicke and ill in bodie but of good remembrance thanks be to Almightie god make this my last will and testament in maner and forme followinge First I bequeath my sole to god Allmightie and hope to be saved by the death and passion of my lord and saviour Jesus Christe and my bodie to be buried in the churchyarde of Hanslop aforesayd Also I give and bequeath to the mother church of Lincoln ij d Also I give and bequeath to Thomas Davy the sonne of Thomas Davie my best bedstead and the paynted cloths about yt and to him my black heyfer and one shepe being a wether shepe Allsoe I give and bequeath to John Davy his brother my best boulster and a matresse and a blanket Alsoe I give and bequeath to Robert Davy his brother one hoggrill sheepe Alsoe I give to Thomas Clarke my brothers sonne one ewe shepp Alsoe I give and bequeath to Jane Hull my a cupboard a bolting hutch and a bedstead and a pare of sheets and a blanket and one tub and a pewter plater and a coffer which standeth in the p[ar]lor Alsoe I give more to John Davy aforenamed One Coffer which is the beste coffer in the Chamber and to Jane Hull more my linnen whele Alsoe I give to my brother Thomas Cork my best ketle and my best pewter plater Alsoe I give to Thomas Davy aforenamed my best table with the frame and forme belonging to yt And I give to Mr John Foster my landlord my joyned chaire and more I give to Thomas Davy aforenamed my paire of cobirons my spitt and to him my paire of Bellowes And to Jane Hull my gridiron the fring pan and the pot hangers and the pott hookes All the rest of my goods unbequeathed my debts being payd and my funerall discharged I give and bequeath to Thomas Davy and John Davy aforesayd, whome I make executors of this my last will and testament, and allsoe my will is that my brother Thomas Corke shalbe a p[ar]tner with them in the same and to have like with them, And I doe make and ordayne to be overseers of this my last will Thomas Forster gent and Robert Barfeild to se my sayd goods equaly devided and my will fullfilled as I have above declared and for ther paynes I give them xij d a peece and I give to my sister, Thomas Corks wief my best gowne and my best hatt Allsoe I give and bequeath to Thomas Crouch and Ann Chrouch my sisters children ij s a peece more besides that my ........
