In the name of God Amen I Robert Brafeild of Hanslap un the County of Bucks yeoman being weake in body but of perfect memory praised be god doe make this my Last Will and testament Revoking all my fformer wills and codicills  And ffirst I give my Soule to god that gave it me and my body I comend to the earth whereof it was made to be buryed by my Executrix where it may with most convenience be layed and for that small part and porcon of this worldly estate which it hath pleased the Lord to lend me I doe despose as followeth  Imprimis I give to my sonne Alexander Brafeild twelve pence  Item I give to my daughter Dorethey Hooton twelve pence and all the rest and residue of my goods and chattells undisposed of my funerall debts and this my will performed I doe give and bequeath Mary Brafeild my now wife and doe make her ffull and wholle Executrix of this my will provided alwayes that if it happen that Mary Brafeild my now wife doe contract or marry with any man hereafter then my will is that before or presently after such marriage shee my said Executrix shall pay or cause to be payd into the hands of Thomas Hooton of Stoak goldington all and every part and parcell of such peices of money as shee the said Mary shall receive by virtue of the Executorshipp and the said Thomas Hooton to dispose of such moneyes or other goods to my other three children hereafter named viz: Robert Brafeild Richard Brafeild and Mary Brafeild as the said Thomas shall think ffitt Overseers of this my will I nominate and appoint the said Thomas Hooton and Alexander Brafeild In witness whereof I have sett to my hand and seale this ffifth day of ffebruary  Anno Domin one thousand six hundred fifty nine the marke of Robert Brafeild published sealed and delivered in the presence of ffrauncis Warrin Thomas Hooton Alexander Brafeild
