The laste will and testament of Beatrice Shawe of Hanslopp widowe late deceased;  Imprimis  she gave and bequeathed unto Frances Shawe also Trafford  her sonne the sume of xij d for and in consideracon of his full portion or childes parte;  Item she gave unto Alice Emberton widowe a kercheife, a neckerchefe, and a hande cherfer, and a paire of hand cuffes and one apron of hollande;  Item she gave to Phillipp Nicolls her neece  one paire of flaxen sheetes, a paire of hollande pillowe beares, a paire of vallances for a bedd, a courte cupboarde and halfe her pewter, a christeninge sheete, and a bearinge cloath;  Item she gave to Ellen Nicolls her neece, a paire of sheetes, and a paire of hollande pillowe beares;  Item all the rest  of her goodes and chattells moveable and unmoveable her debtes, legacies and funerall expences discharged she gave and bequeathed unto Raphaell Nicholls her sonne in lawe, whome she made and ordained the sole executor of this laste will and testament, trustinge he will see the same accomplished and performed according to the confidence reposed in him; dated the 5th April 1617: these being witnessed  Barbara Cotes  Anne Lingarde, Judith Panter
