In the name of god Amen:  I Isabell Gardner of Hanslopp in the countie of Buicks: widow, doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge viz:  first I comend my soule into the handes of allmightie god my maker trustinge to be saved, by the righteousnes and merittes of Jesus Christe my onely Saviour and redeemer; and my body to Christian buriall , expectinge a glorious resurrection;  concerninge my worldly goodes, I give them as followeth;  Item I give and bequeath to my sister Agnes Pettie x s of lawfull mony of England to be paide her ymediately after my decease:  All the rest of my goodes unbequeathed, my debtes beinge paide, and my funerall dischardged, I give and bequeath to Christopher Ellis my brother in lawe, whome I make my full and whole executor of this my last will and testament;  likewise my will is that he my saide executor shall distribute all those my said goodes amongest his chilldren at his discretion these beinge witnesses by me required, this present day beinge the xv th of may and in the yeare of our lord god 1616:  Willyam Cooke and Mary Travell
