In the name of god Amen: I Thomas Kingstone of Hanslopp in the countie of Bucks: Cordwainer, doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and form followinge, beinge sicke and weake in bodie, but of perfect and sound memory, for which I give god the glory  Imprimis I give and bequeath my soule into the handes and mercifull protection of god the father, sonne and holy ghoste;  and for my bodie I bequeath it to the earth from whence it came, to be buried in the churchyard of Hansloppe at the discretion of my loveing wife, not doubting but stedfastly beleeveing, that I shall be raysed upp in the latter day in the resurrection of the iust (just)  and be made partaker with the residue of the faithfull of the glorious resurrection of my lord and saviour Jesus Christ;  and that by the meritts of his blessed death and passion I shall be made inheritor of everlastinge lif; and as concerninge my worldly estate, I thus bequeath theareof;  Item I give and bequeath unto my twoe elldest daughters Ellenor and Anne Kingstone five shillings apeece, to be paide unto them within six months after my decease;  and the remainder of my estate whatsoever, I give and bequeath to my loveing wife, my sonne Thomas Kingstone, and to my youngest daughter, to be equally devided into three partes, after my debts are paide and the twoe portions payable, to my saide sonne and youngest daughter to remayne and be in the handes of my kinde wife untill either of them shall accomplish the age of twentie and one yeares at which tyme my will is that it shall be paide them by theire mother, whome I make and ordaine sole executrix of this my last will and testament;  In witnes wheareof I have heareunto subscribed my name the seaveenteenth daie of August in the ninth yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne lord Charles, by the grace of god of England, Scotland, ffrance and Ireland kinge defender of the faith etc;  and I revoakeing all former wills whatsoever, doe publishe this to be my last will and testament in the presence of, and I earnestly entreate my loveing neighbours and friendes Willyam Orpin and Christopher Scriven to be the overseeres for the performance of this my last will and testament;  Willyam Orpin  Christopher Scriven Richard Troughton                                 Proved 8th June 1634
