In the name of God Amen the ffive and twentith day of November and in the yere of our Lord God one thousand six hundred twentie nine I Cisley Hilliar of Hanslopp within ye Countie of Bucks widow being sicke in bodie but p[er]fect in memorie thanks be given to God doe make and ordayne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following   Viz first I bequeath my soule to allmighyie God my maker and to his sonne Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Redeemer and my body to Christian buriall expecting or Looking for a glorious resurrection and as concerning my worldly goods I give them as followeth  Item I give and bequeath unto Robert ffoster  my eldest sonne ten shillings lawfull money of England  Item I give unto William ffoster my sonne x shillings  Item I give unto James ffoster my third sonne ten shillings lawfull money  Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hilliar my fourth sonne my second bed with all ye ffurniture thereunto belonging a coffer two barrells a ...   a grid iron and a tub all ye rest of my Goods my debts being paid and my funerall discharged  I give and bequeath unto Cysley Cook my daughter whom I make my soule executrix of this my last will and Testament and I doe appoint Marke Travell and Thomas Dorman of Hanslapp aforesaid my Loveing ffreinds to be my Overseers  In witnes whereof I have set unto my hand and seale ye dai and yere above written  These being witnesses by me required  William Houghton  Griffin Parrat
