In the Name of God Amen I William Saxby of Hanslapp in the County of Bucks Chandler doe make and Ordaine this my last Will this Twenty Six day of May one Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty and Seaven Imprimis I doe give and bequeath my Soul into the hands and protection of Allmighty God my Creator and unto Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer in whom I put my trust for Everlasting Salvation and for my Temporall Good in manner and forme as ffolloweth I give unto my Daughter Mary Saxby one of the Joyne Bedsteads in the Shopp Chamber and the ffeather Bed which I lyeth one the Bed in the Hall Chamberand a feather boulster and to feather pillowes with drawers for boulster and pillows and the best coverlet and two good blancketts the best Curtaines and Vallence two paire of Good Sheete one Table Cloath and four napkins the greate Joyne Chest the Joyne box two Joyne stooles the Table Chaire in  the Hall Chamber 1 paire of Andirons 1 paire of fire Tongs one Chaffing dish the second greate Kettle one little Kettle one posnett one brass porridge pott the middle spitt three pewter dishes one pewter Chamberpott and one warm pann the least one of the biggest drinke barrells and I give unto my Daughter Mary more Twenty pounds to be paid within one yeare after my decease by my Executor and I give my Daughter Mary fifteene pounds more to be paid by my Executor within one yeare after my Wifes decease and my Will is that my beloved Wife if she please to live with my Executor she shall have meate drinke washing fireing Lodging and attendance dureing her naturall life and all things fittin both in sickness and in health and if my beloved Wife shall not thinke well and not like to live with my Executor that then my Will is that she shall have four pounds a yeare dureing her life and Twenty Shillings in hand when she Removes from him and the four pounds a yeare is to be paid quarterly and my will is that my Wife shall have five pounds to give and to dispose of to whom she please at her death to be paid by my Executor And all my Rest of my Goods and Chattells and freehold lately purchased of William Newman all that blongs thereunto I doe give unto my Sonn Daniel Saxby whom I doe make and Ordaine to be my full whole and Sole Executor of this my Will my Legacyes and debts to be paid by my Executor and to this my last Will and Testament I doe sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written Will Saxby: Witness the present John Saxby: Mary Saxby: the marke of Ann Manning
