In the name of God Amen:  The tenth daie of Aprill Anno Dm1637:  I Edward Holloway of Hanslopp inn the countie of Bucks:  ffuller, beinge sicke in bodie, but yet in perfect memorie, thankes be to god for the same doe ordaine and make my last will and testament  as followeth; and first I doe heareby willingly give againe into the handes of my lord god whensoever he shall call for it out of this vaile of teares, my spirit, not doubtinge but he out of his infinite goodnes and mercie and for the meritts of my lord christe, will receave it into everlastinge happines, and concerninge my bodie, I give it over unto the earth, of wheare it was made, not doubting alsoe but that at the great and generall resurrection of the iust, it shall then be by the mightie power of god reunited  to my soule againe; and both then remayne togeather a member forever of that mysticall bodie wheareof Christ Jesus is heade  Item concerninge my temporall estate I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Willyam Cox of Dudly in the countie of Worcester Dyer the sume of tenn shillinges to be paide unto him within one yeare after my decease Item all the rest of my goods and chattells I doe hearby give and bequeath unto my loveinge kinsman John Tomlins of Hartwell in the countie of Northampton husbandman, whome I doe hearebie allso ordaine and make my sole and onely executror of this my last will and testament, he payinge all my debts and legacies, and dischardgeinge all matters about my funerall;  In witnes wheareof I have heareunto sett my hande and seale, dated the daie and yeare first above written;  sealed and delivered in the presence of Willyam Hocknell  Lawrence Inge Richard Marner Junior
