In the name of God Amen I Edward Quoy of Hanslope in the Countie of Buckingam Laborer beinge of good and perfect Remembrance thankes be to Allmighty God for it doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in writinge in manner and forme followinge  That is to say first and principally I give and bequeath to my greate Redeemer and sanctifier my soule and my body to the earth to be decently buried.  Item I give an bequeath to my lovinge kinsman Thomas Moores of Beachampton in the Countie of Bucks aforesaid for and duringe his naturall life all that my close or parcell of ground commonly called or knowne by the name of Rose Close lyinge and beinge in Longe street end in the parish of Hanslope aforesaid the grounds of Thomas Brice on the west parte and the land commonly called Rose Lane on the south parte which Close I purchased to me and my heires forever of Thomas Osborne of Olney in the Countie of Bucks T.... and Christopher Osborne of the same Towne and countie yeoman as appeareth by one deed of Bargaine and saile dated the twelfth day of September One thousand sixe hundred twentie two. And my will and meaninge is that my said kinsman shall have the present possession thereof with all ......... concerninge only the same from and immediately after my decease for and duringe his naturall life aforesaid and after his decease my will and meaninge is that the said close shall goe and remaine to his eldest sonne and his heires forever.  Item I give and bequeath to the three other children of the said Thomas Moores the summes of fifteens pounds to be equally devided amongst them eight pounds whereof is in the hands of Mr William Hockell as appeareth by his Bill, five pounds more thereof in the hands of the said Mr Hockell and George Taylor as appeareth by their Bond and the other forty shillings is in the hands of John Burton as appeareth by his bond and my will and meaninge is that the said fifteen pounds on the Bill and bonds to     for the same be delivered to the said three children by mine Executor hereafter named within one yeare after my decease and further my will is that if any of the three childlren shall chance to die before there age of one and twentie yeares  or their day of marriage that then the porcon due to that child to be equally devided amongst the rest  Item I give and bequeath to my kinsman John Moores brother to the aforesaid Thomas Moores my blacke sowe.  Item I give and unto ffrancis Rawson the younger sonne of ffrancis  Rawson the elder the summe of Tenne pounds five pounds whereof is  in the hands of Thomas Bottisson as appeareth by his Bill fower pounds thereof in the hands of Marke Travill as appeareth by Bill and other twenty shillings in the hands of Thomas ffowkes and Robert Jenninger  as alsoe appeareth by their Bill  Item I give and bequeath unto Edward  Rawson one other of the sonnes of ffrancis Rawson the elder the summe of Tenne pounds which is in the hands of Henry Rawlings as appeareth by his Bonds  Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Rawson daughter of the said ffrancis Rawson the elder the summe of Tenn pounds which is in  the hands of William Wakefield and William Gladsden as appeareth by their Bond and my will and meaning is that the said porcons last menconed be imployed to the rest of the said three children from and immediately after my decease by my Executor hereafter named upon good security untill they shall attaine to their generall ages of one and twenty yeares or day of their marriage and if any of them shall happen to die before their said age or marriadge then the porcon due to that child to be devided betweene the Rest  Item I give and bequeath unto the said ffrancis Rawson the elder to his wife for the good will I beare unto them and for and in Regard of their paines and care they have for many yeares last past taken for me in lookinge unto and guidinge myne affaires and for a Reward for the same my other two ..... with all my brasse pewter linninge(linen) and all other my estate goods and chattells whatsoever not formerly given and bequeathed by this my present Will   And I doe hereby make the said ffrancis Rawson the elder my full and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament  Signed sealed and delivered   And Lastly I doe hereby Revoake and make void all former wills heretofore  made by me whatsoever   In witnes whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale the seaventh day of ffebruary Anno Domin One thousand and sixe hundred fortie five  The marke of Edward Quoy signed sealed and delivered published and declared by the said Edward Quoy to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us Babington Bradley  Christopher Cowley William Badwyn Henry Bradley
