In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Hilliar of Hanslopp in the Countie of Bucks widdow, weake in bodie but in perfect understanding (I praise god) doe hereby revoke all former wills by mee made and doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in forme following  ffirst I Commend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty god, And my bodie to the Earth to bee decently buryed by my Executrixes hereafter named according to their discrecons and as they shall thinke fitt beleeveing that my Soule and bodie shall att the generall Resurreccon bee eternally glorified by and through the meritts of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, ffor my personall Estate I desire the same as followeth Imprimis I give to my sonne William Hilliar xs (10 shillings) Item I give unto my sonne John Hilliar xs  All my Brasse and Pewter Linnen and household stuffe I give unto Elizabeth Hilliar and Ann Hilliar my two daughters to be equally devided betweene them.  All the rest of my goods, Chattells and Debts unbequeathed (my funerall charges and debts paid) I give unto my said two daughters Elizabeth Hilliar and Ann Hilliar whom I make Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament  And I doe nominate and appoint my well beloved ffriends Richard Carter and Henry Newman Overseers of this my last will and Testament unto whome I give 12d apeece for their paines not doubting but they will bee ayding unto my said two daughters in desiding of my personall Estate hereby to them by mee given as aforesaid In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hande and seale the ffirst day of ffebruary Ano Dom 1646 Annog Reg Regis caro Angl Vicesimo- The marke of Elizabeth Hilliar Signed Sealed and published by the said Elizabeth Hilliar as her last Will and Testament in the presence of George Coldwell
