In the name of God Amen of Thomas ffawson of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks fuller beinge sicke in body but of good and perfect remembrance thankes bee to god for the same Doe make this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge  ffirst I bequeath my soule unto almighty god who Created it to Jesus Christ who Redeemed it through whose merritts Death and passion I hope and am assured to have Salvacon and to the holy ghost who hath sanctified and possessed mee  And my body to bee  buryed at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my brother Richard ffawson five pounds to bee paid unto him within two yeares before my decease  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Cozen Ann Jenkins twenty shillinges and  unto her sonne Jacob Jenkins foure pounds to bee paid unto them likewise within two yeares after my decease  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Cozen Griffin Travell the three pounds hee oweth mee and alsoe unto the Children hee now hath livinge Twenty shillings apeece  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Cozen Michael Travell the tenn pounds hee oweth mee and alsoe unto the Children hee nowe hath livinge Twenty shillinges a peece  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Cozen Margarett Pease the howse and Tenement I doe now live in situate in  Hanslope aforesaid to hold to her and her assignes from the day of my decease duringe the residue and remaynder of the yeares that shall bee then to come and unexpired  Item I doe give and bequeath unto my sayd cozen Margarett Pease all my goods and Chattells that are now remayninge in and about my said nowe dwellinge howse and Tenement (my greene and redd covlett and Reed blankett one greene blankett one flock bedd one paire of sheetes workinge tooles .... and boulster and two pillowes onely excepted) Item I doe give into my said cozen Anne Jenkins one paire of sheetes  Item I doe give unto the poore people of Hanslopp all the single pence that shall remaine in my said dwellinge howse at my decease to bee distributed accordinge to the discretion of my executors hereafter named  All the rest of my goods Cattells and Chattells my debtes beinge paid and my body brought to the ground I doe give and bequeath unto my said cozens Michael Travell and Griffin Travell who I make Executors of this my last will and Testament   Item I doe nominate and appointe Mr Arthur Coldwell and William Glanister Overseers of this my last will and Testament and doe give unto them twelve pence apeece for theire paines  And I doe hereby revoake and renounce all other and former wills by mee made  In wittnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the nine and twentyeth day of July Ano Din 1642  Signed Thomas Fawson signed sealed and published in the presence of Arthur Coldwell signed Math Horne signed Griffin Travell
