In the name of God Amen March the 5th day in the yeare of our Lord God according to the computation of the Church of England, one thousand six hundred and fifty two, I Guy fforster of Hanslop in the County of Buckingham gent, being in good health and memorie I thanke God for the same yet knowing all flesh to be frayle, and the houre of death uncertayne I doe make and ordaine this to be my present last will and Testament In manner and forme followinge, ffirst of all I freely give up my Soule unto my Lord God hopeing and beleiveing through the merritts and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have a ioyfull resurrection at the great day of Judgement And as concerneing the worldly substance with the land hath made me steward of in this present life, after my funerall charges and debts paid I will and dispose of the same in manner and forme following  Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Guy Hillersden, the sum of Tenn pounds to be paid within Twelve months after my decease, by my Executors hereafter named  And five pounds to ye poore of the parish of Hanslop in the county of Buckingham  And my Gould Ring to my loveing brother William fforster Esq And my gilded ........ Testament and Bible to my loveing Sister Mrs Elizabeth Hillersden; I also give unto my loveing friend Nathaniell Truman Twentie shillings to buy him a Ring to weare for my sake;  And my Will and pleasure is that Thirtie pounds be bestowed upon my buriall and that I may be layd in Hanslop Church as neare to my father as may bee  Item I give and bequeath unto my loveing brothers Mr John fforster and Mr Thomas fforster all my moveables Chattells moneys and bills bonds or plate whatsoever equally to be divided betwixt my said two loveing brothers and to eyther of theire heires forever  And I doe make and ordayne my two loveing brothers John fforster and Thomas fforster sole Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby renounceing all other wills by me formerly made at any tyme  In Witnes whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written Guy fforster Sealed and delivered as the last Will and Testament of Guy fforster in the presence of Nathaniell Truman John Oliver Thomas Hubbard
