The laste will of Henry Cotes gent of Hanslopp in the countie of Bucks:  Imprimis I give to Christopher Cotes my sonne xij d   Item I give unto Robert Wrighte of Stoke Goldington x s   Item all the residue of my goodes and chattells, my debtes and funerall chardges beinge discharged I give to Tapheth  the reputed daughter of Christopher Cotes my saide sonne;  these wordes weare spoken in the last sicknes of the saide Henry Cotes whereof he dyed;  In the presence of Tho: Byrchmore gent; Anne the wife of the saide Thomas, Robert Sibthorpe and his wife, Robert Wright,  Franncis Harris and his wife  viij die of Januarie anno dim 1616
