In the name of God Amen I Henry Hall of Hanslopp Maulster sicke of bodie but of perfect memory thankes be to God therefore doe make this my Last will and Testament the 10th day of September Ano Dm 1649 in manner and forme following Imprimis I comitt my Soule into ye handes the of the Allmighty God and my bodie to bee buryed att  the discrecon of my wife and children;  Item I give to my sonne ffrancis Hall and to his heires for ever my house and all thereunto belonging Payinge unto my sonne Thomas Hall xxx shillings w[i]thin one yeare after my decease, And to his sister Anne ?harrad xxx shillings the second yeare after my decease,  And to my sonne Henry Hall x shilling the third yeare after my decease Besides that hee hath had already and to bee devided to his two daughters;  And I give my wife the parlor and the  bedd therein for longe as she lives and to dispose of that to whome she will, And I make my wife Executrix w[i]th my sonne ffrancis of all w[i]thin the house payinge as aforesaid.  In wittnesse whereto I the said Henry Hall have sett to my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written  Henry Hall
