In the name of God Amen I Henry Jenkins of Hanslapp in the county of Bucks Labourer  Sicke of body but of perfect memory thankes bee to god therefore doe make this my Last will and Testament the 25th of January Ano Din 1637 in manner and forme followinge  Imprimis  I comitt my Soule into the handes of Allmighty God and my bodie to bee buryed att the discrecon of my friends  Item I give to my Sonne Henry Jenkins x shillings if his mother marry againe with any other man or els ... if shee keepe herselfe widowe I give him one sheepe within one month after the will is proved. I give to my daughter Anne one sheepe within a monthe after the will is proved.  Item I give to my brother John Jenkins  xyd within one monthe after the will is proved. Item I give unto Henry Bull v d wthin one monthe after the will is proved The rest of my goodes unbequeathed my debtes beinge paid and my legacyes discharged I give to my wife Charitie Jenkins whome I make Executrix of this my Last will and Testament  In Witness whereof I Henry Jenkins have sette my hand the day and yeare first above written These beinge witnesses Henry Hall
