In the Name of God Amen I Humphrey Miles of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Labouror being Very Infirme in Body but of Sound and perfect understanding Doe make this my last Will and Testament in Manner following Imprimis I render my Soule into the hands of my most mercifull Creator in hopes of the Mercy purchased for me and all mankind by his only beloved Sonne and Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body unto the Earth out of which it was taken to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executors hereinafter menconed and as to the worldly Estate it hath pleased Almighty God to blesse me with I dispose of it as followeth ffirst I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Richard Miles the house he now lives in being in the Parish of Hanslopp aforesaid with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging and to his heires forever Item I give unto my loveing wife ffrances Miles the house I now live in dureing the Terme of her naturall life and after her decease to my Sonne Humphrey Miles  Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the wife of James Stears the summe of five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter ffrances the wife of Richard Cooke the sume of five pounds and I Doe hereby order and appoint my loveing wife ffrances Miles and my Sonne Richard Miles Executors of this my last Will and Testament Revokeing all other Wills by me made if any such be found  In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this third day of December in the yeare of our Lord 1707 Humphrey Miles  his mark in the presence of Mary March William Ward and William Rawlins his mark
