In ther name of God Amen I William ffanson of Hanslop in the County of Bucks being sick in body but of good amd perfect Remembrance thanks be to Almighty God doe make and set down this my last will and testament in manner and forme following first I give and bequeath my soul unto Allmighty God my maker trusting to bere saved by my Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be buried in the Church yard of Hanslop aforesaid  And for my worldly goods I give and bequeath them in manner following  Imprimis I give unto William ffanson the sonne of Thomas ffanson my brother the sume of Tenne pounds of lawfull money of England Item I give unto Mary the daughter of Samuel ffanson the sume of three pounds of like lawfull mony of England Item I give unto Richard ffanson my brother the sume of three pounds of like lawfull mony of England Item I give unto Sarah ffanson my Sister the sume of Twelve pounds and Ten shillings of like lawfull mony of England Item I give unto Anna ffanson my Sister the like sume of Twelve pounds and ten shillings of lawfull English mony

And my will is that if the above named William ffanson the sonne of Thomas ffanson chance to dye before the time hereafter mentioned for the payment of the said Legacie that then the said sume Tenn pounds shall be to the use and behoofe of the said Thomas ffanson father of the said William.  And if it chance that Mary daughter of Samuel ffanson shall dye before the aforesaid day of payment that then said sume of three pound shall be to the use and behoofe of the said Samuel ffanson her father  And if it chance that my brother Richard ffanson shall chance to dye before the aforesaid  payment mention that then his said Legacie shall be to the use and behoofe of Margaret his wife. And if it chance that the within named Sarah ffanson or Anna ffanson dye before the time of payment that then the Legacie of her so dying shall be to the use and behoofe of the surviving sister.  And I doe constitute and make the above named Thomas ffanson my brother and the above named Sarah ffanson and Anne ffanson my sisters Executors of this my last will and Testament, to receive and pay the above named Legacies within three yeares after my decease.  And I doe renounce all former Wills gifts and grants whatsoever  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twelfth day of May in the five and Thirtieth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord King Charles the second over England etc Anno Dom 1683  the marke of William ffanson Sealed and signed in the presence of The marke of James Hollis the marke of Thomas Ablethorpe John fforster
