The last Will and Testament nuncupative of John Ellys late while he lyved  of Hansloppe in the Countye of Bucks  by hym uttered in his lifetyme  And after his decease putt into writinge as follows:

The saide John Ellys beinge of perfect mynde and memorye did two or three dayes before his deathe in the hearinge of thes witnesses declare and make his laste will and Testament by word of mouthe speakeinge as foloweth  I make Thomas ... of Ramme in the countye of Cornwall  gent and Mr Stone Parson of Wavendon in the countye of Bucks my Executors  And I will that they shall dispose of my goods at their pleasure.
