In the Name of God Amen I James Hollis of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Baker being sick in body but of good and perfect memory thanks be Almighty God doe make and set down this my last will and testament in manner and forme following Imprimis I give and bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my maker trusting to be saved by my Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and my body to be buried in  the Church yard of Hanslop aforesaid

Item I give and bequeath unto Anne Hollis my Daughter the sume of Twenty pounds of goods and lawfull money of England to be paid by my Executrix hereafter named, when the said Anne Hollis shall come to the age of one and Twenty yeares

And I doe constitute and make Sarah Hollis my wife my sole executrix of this my Last will and Testament and to her the said Sarah Hollis I doe give and bequeath all the rest of my goods and chattels whatsoever not mentioned in this my will, to see my debts paid and my funerall discharged

And I doe desire and intreat my well beloved ffather in Law Richard Welford and my well beloved Brother John Hollis to be my overseers to see this my last will and Testament truly performed; and them the said Richard Welford and John Hollis I doe empower authorise to dispose of the said Twenty pounds for the use of the said Anne Hollis my Daughter till shee comes to the age of one and Twenty yeares as aforesaid, allowing the interest of the said Twenty pounds unto Sarah Hollis my wife during the Terme aforesaid

And I doe utterly renounce all former Wills and Testaments gifts ande grants whatsoever by these presents  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of March in the five and Thirtieth yeare of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King Charles the second over England etc and in the yeare of our Lord God 1684 the marke of James Hollis Sealed and delivered in the presence of Luke Parratt Josia          John fforster
