In the Name of God Amen The Twentyeth day of March in the yeare of our Lord God 1718/19 I John Kingston of Handslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be Given to God doe make and ordayne this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I Give and commend my Soule into the hands of God that gave it And for my body I commend to the Earth to be buryed in a Christianlike and decent manner at the discretion of my Executrix and as for such  Wordly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I Give devise and dispose of the same in the ffollowing manner and forme Item I Give and bequeath to Mary my dearly beloved wife to whom I likewise constitute make and ordayne my only and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament all and Singular my Lands Messuages and Tenements house ready money debts household goods Stock of Beafe and all and every of them and all and every thing and things that may be properly be called mine in Whose hands or Custody above they shall or may be or remaine by her freely to be possessed and enjoyed and I doe hereby disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former Testaments Wills and Legacys requests and Executors by me in any ways before the time named willed and bequeathed ratyfyeing and Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and Seale the day and Yeare above written the marke of John Kingston Signed Sealed publshed pronounced and declared by the said John Kingston as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers  Viz Richard West  Wills Cook J Willbee
