In the name of god Amen the xij Day of Januarie mccccc xvj I John Mabley of Hansloppe in the countie of bucks wythyn the Dioces of Lyncon ye[o]man beinge somewhate Sycke in bodye bute thankes be to god of p[er]fecte mynde and good Remembrance doe ordayne make this my last wyll and testamente in maner and forme foloinge fyrste I bequethe my Sole to the Mercye of allmighte god my maker and Redemer and to the pleshere of all the holy and blessed compane of heaven and my bodye to be buryed in the churche yard of Hanslope att the chancel and by my wyffe Agnes  Item I geve and bequethe to evere one of my Daughters as tokens of Remembrance iiij d  Item I bequethe to evere one of my Daughters children iiij d  Item I bequethe further to Jane Boughton the Daughter of Robert Boughton one pare of Shetts a blankete a coverlete and a bolster and allso one pane and a litell pote iij pewter plates one coffer one candelstycke and a hereford callfe to make her  a cowe all suche legaces above ..........   I wyll shallbe delevered to her by my executor att the daye of her Maryinge allso I bequethe to evre one of my god children......  I bequethe to Thomas Lane my Sone in lawe my beste cote and to Ane his wyffe halfe a quarter of barlye  I bequethe to Thomas ynge my beste Dublete and to his wyff one yerlynge calff  Item I bequethe to Thomas Wyllton one cote  Item I  bequethe to Agnes Lever a Shurte  Item whereas Mary Symond my daughter hade x ls deleverd to heare by my wylle ys that she shall sufer my daughter  Katherine Boughton to have and injoie xx s ........ thereof to her one ...  being nowe in hear hande and possescion  Item I geve and bequethe to Lawrence Mabley my Sone the leace and terme of years wyche I have yet to com and nott expired in my house and farme wherein I nowe dwell in Hanslope aforsayde  Item I geve and bequethe all the Resydue of my goods and cattelle moveable and unmoveable reall and p[er]sonall of whatekynde or sorte soever the[y]  be whyche be not[e] by this my laste wyll and testemente other wyes dissposed to Laurence Mable my Sone whome I doe ordayne and make my Sole executor to see this my laste wylle and testamente p[er]formede also I doe ordayne constystute and appoynte Thomas Lane and Thomas Yonge my Sons in Lawe my Supvisors and wyll that the shalle have ether of them for ther payns for ye true doinge of ther offes  x s Imedeately after my Death  also I the sayde John Mabley do by this my last wyll testify and declare that I have performed payde and Delevered to evere one of my daughters and to ther husbands before this tyme all maner of suche goods cattell and mony whyche I promysed them att the daye of ther marrage or at any other tyme In wytnes whereof I have to my hande and marke and Sayle ye daye and yere above wrytten  Theis bearyng Wytnesses Christopher Cotes Jun.
