In the Name of God Amen I Mary Panter widdow of Hanslapp in the County of Bucks being weak of body but of perfect memory praised be Almighty God for it do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first and principally I Comend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping to be saved through the meritts death passion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and my body to the earth from whence it was taken to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter mentioned and as for such Estate of Lands Personal good Chattells Sum and Sumes of money whatsoever wherewith at the time of my decease I shall be possessed or Invested which shall then belong or of Right apportion unto me I do give devise and bequeath in manner following Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my well beloved Sons William Panter Francis Panter John Panter and Daniel Panter and my well beloved Kinsman Richard Winn Senior all and Singular the Lands and Closes I have now on a Lease Lying and being part in the parish of Hartwell and part thereof in the parish of Ashton in the County of Northampton or also where together with all Comons profitts and Apurtenances during and unto the full and of the terme of Years Specified in the said Lease to be equally divided betweeen the said William Panter Francis Panter John Panter and Daniel Panter and Richard Winn their heires or assignes Item I give and bequeath unto my well beloved kinswomen Mary Panter and Ann Panter daughters to my Son William Panter all my wearing Close and Apparell of what kind or degree so ever whether Linnen or Woollen to be equally divided between them Item I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid kinswoman Mary Panter my trunk Item I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid kinswoman Ann Panter my box Item I give and bequeath unto my four Sons William Panter Francis Panter John Panter and Daniel Panter whom I make and ordain my Executors of this my last Will and Testament all and every the Remainder of my household Goods of what kind or degree soever which shall or may of Right appertain or belong to me at the time of Death (Except such as are above bequeathed) together with all Sum or Sums of money If I have any to Spare after my burial charges be defraid by them my Said Executors) to be equally divided between them the said William Panter Francis Panter John Panter and Daniel Panter the Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do Revoke all former Wills and deeds of Gift by me at any time before made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal the fourteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and twenty five and in the twelfth Year of the Reigne of our most gracious Sovereign Lord King George over great Brittain  The mark of Mary Panter Signed Sealed published and delivered in the presence of us the mark of Hester Buckston the mark of Ann Robberds Thomas Wilbee                                         Proved 23rd day of May 1726
