In the name of God Amen the thirteenth day of May 1702 according to the computation of the Church of England I Sarah Ratnitt of Hanslop wIddow in the County of Bucks darey woman being of perfect memory and and Remembrance praised be to God doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following (viz) ffirst I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hopeing that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Redeemer to Receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins and for my body to be buried in Christian Buriall att the discretion of Executors hereinafter nominated Imprimis I give unto my Son William when he comes to the age of Eighteen yeares and all the Rest she like 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Sarah 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Ann 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Jane 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Phillis 10:0:0 Item I give to my daughter Rebecca 10:0:0 Item I give my daughter Mary 10:0:0 And if any of those aforesaid Children should dye for there parts to fall amongst the rest equally to be devided And one Chest and all as in it that was her fathers I give unto my daughter Elizabeth and all the Rest of my houshold goods I give unto all my Children to be equally devided  Item I give all the Rest of Houses Lands Tenements and moneys and Chattells whatsoever unto my ffather William Ratnitt and to my Brother Richard Ratnitt and my brother William Slauter and John Slauter upon Condition that they shall pay all my debts and legacies and make them Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament Revokeing all other Wills and Testaments Memorandum I desire my Executors to be kinde to my deare Children Hereunto I have putt my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written the marke of Sarah Ratnitt Sealed and delivered in the presence of us  The marke of Thomas Burnham The marke of Dorothy Paling John Parratt
