I John Perry of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Yeoman being in perfect strength and memory doe make and order this my last Will and Testament as ffolloweth I doe give to my Sonne Richard Perry Twenty Pounds to be paid him when he comes to the Age of one and Twenty yeares to be paid by my Executors and to have the use of it present after my decease to putt him out prentis I doe give to my Sonne Samuell PerryTwenty pounds to be paid him when he comes to the Age of one and Twenty yeares to be paid by my Excutors and to have the use of it to putt him out prentis present after my decease but if my Sonne Richard Perry or my Sonne Samuel Perry shall dye before they come to the Age of one and Twenty yeares then doe I give the fforty pounds to the longest liver to be paid him when he comes to the Age of one and Twenty yeares I doe give to my Wife Ellin Perry all my goods Chattells and Money that I dye seized off I doe give to my wife Ellin Perry the house that I now live in in the parrish of Hanslopp in Gold Street so long as she shall keep herself a widdow and if she should dye a widdow after her decease I doe give my house to my two Sonns Richard Perry and Samuell Perry and to their Heires and to be equally divided between them but if my wife Ellin Perry shall Marry presently after her Marriadge I doe give my house to my two Sonns Richard Perry and Samuell Perry and to their Heires and to have it equally divided between them when they come to the Age of one and Twenty yeares and to have the Rent of the house to putt them out prentis but if my Sonne Richard Perry or my Sonne Samuel Perry shall dye before they come to the age of one and Twenty yeares then I do give my house to the longest liver and to his Heires I doe give to my Sonne John Perry one Shilling I doe give to my Sonne James Perry one Shilling I doe give to my Sonne William Perry one Shilling I doe give to my Sonne Marke Perry one Shilling I doe give to my daughter Sarah Robards one Shilling  I doe make my wife Ellin Perry and my Sonne James Perry full and whole Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have sett my hand and seale the second day of December in the yeare 1703 The marke of John Perry sealed and delivered in the presence of us William Dante the marke of Lewes Ansell ffrancis Willison
