John Rawlins ye younger of Hanslop. The last will and testament nuncupative of John Rawlins ye younger late while he lived of Hungate end in the parish of Hanslop deceased by him uttred in his liefetyme by word of mouth and after his death put into being as foloweth. The sayd John Rawlins being of sound and p[er]fect memorie and beeing requested by Robert Bennett and Robert Wills of Hanslop to declare his mynde touchinge the disposing of his goods about two dayes before he died uttred his mynde to this effect folowing viz:I will that my sonne Thomas Rawlins shall have twentie pounds to be payde unto him at his age of one and twentie yeares or at his day of marriage which shall first happen. All the rest of his goods debts and Chattles he gave unto John Rawlins his sonne and made him executor to pay his debts and legacies. Proved 30th December 1620 |
