In the Name of God Amen the 19th day of October 1708 according to the computation of the Church of England I Katherine ffretter Widow late wife of Christopher ffretter of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks being of perfect memory and rememberance praised be God Doe make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and forme following (viz) ffirst I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker hopeing that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sinns And as for my body to be buryed in Christian Buryal att the discretion of my Executor hereafter nominated Item I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Banks the sume of one shilling Item I give unto my Sonn Lawrence ffarry the sume of one shilling Item I give unto my daughter ffrancis ffretter the sume of one shilling Item I give I give unto my daughter Isabells children the sume of one shilling Item I give unto my daughter Katherine Rawlins the sume of Thirty three pounds and Tenn shillings for her maintenance during life and then to John Leabrooke and his heires for ever Item All the rest of my houses Leases Lands Tenements and Goods and Chattells whatsoever unto my sonn John Leabrook and his wife and his heires for ever upon condition that he take care of my daughter Katherine Rawlins  dureing her life and that he shall pay all my Legacies and make him Executor of this my last will and testament Revokeing all other Wills and Testaments  In Witness whereof I have sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written the marke of Katherine ffretter sealed and declared in the presence of us the marke of John Rawlings the marke of Will Lee John Parratt
