June the 21st 1710

I John Rolings in the parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks In the name of God Amen being weak in body but in perfect sense and memory thanks be to God for it I doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner of forme following first I bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty God my mentor hopeing that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour to receive free pardon forgiveness of all my sins and as for my body to be buryed in Christian manner by the discrecon of my Executrix hereafter mentioned Item I give to my son John my house and homestead and homeclose in long street close one pewter platter one pewter porringer one box one chair table this I give to my son John but he shall pay to my daughter Sarah twenty pounds of good and lawfull money of England all two yeares after my decease Item I give to my daughter Sarah my gold ring and the best chest and the bearing blankett and the holland sheett and the little trundle bed and feather boulster and a flock bed one pewter platter one pewter plate one pewter candlestick one pewter tankard one pewter porringer one pewter cup 3 pewter spoons 2 kettles the best coffer one dripping pan one pair of faire tongs one pair creepers for the fire one box that was her mothers the iron pott one pillow drawer with three se..mings the rest I give to wife ffrances Rolings my Executrix that that is the rest of my goods chattells land and meadow and all unnominated  John  Rolings his marke sealed and delivered in the presence of us Johnathon Paine his marke John Leabrook John Ellis I.John Rolings doe agree to this my ffathers will and doe sett my hand and seale to the same John Rolings his marke
