In the Name of God Amen the twenty fift Day of ffebruary in the yeare of our Lord God on thousand Sixe hundred seventy and eight acording to the acounte of the Church of England I Mary Banks late wife of Robert Banks of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Yeoman Deceased being of perfect memory and understanding praised be Allmighty God for it  Doe make and ordaine this my Last will and testament adnulling and Revoking all other will and wills by me made other in word or writing and this to be taken for my Last will and no other in manner and forme following : ffirst I bequeath my Soule in the hands of the allmighty and my maker and Redeemer hoping through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour to bestow free pardon and resurrection  for all my sins both past present and to come and as for my body to be buried in Christian buriall at the descretion of my Excutor hereafter mentioned Item I give and bequeath to Anne Turvie the daughter of Geourge Turvie Late of Densanger in the County of Northampton yeoman my Kinswoman the sum of five pounds in money and allsoe on Hollen sheete and a  pillocase  Item I Give to francis Turvie the daughter of the said Geourge Turvie the sum of ten pounds in money and allsoe a hollen sheete with an open seame downe the middle and on pillocase of the same and allsoe three pare of napkins on pare dammas on other pare hollen and the other flaxen and a hollan Cubbard cloath .... with blacke sillke and on Joynd Cheere and a Joynd forme now standing in the parlour and a table and forme standing in the hall and allsoe a pewter platter and a pewter candlestick and a basen and a brase bottle of the middle size and a brase warming pan  Item I give to George Turvie the son of George Turvie aforesaid the sum of too pounds Item I give to John Turvie the son of the aforesaid George  the sum of two pounds Item I give to Edward Turvie the son of the aforesaid George  the sum of two pounds  Item I give to William Turvie the son of William Turvie Late of Dagnall in the County of Northampton and Brother to George the elder aforesaid the sum of five pounds  Allsoe I give to Richard and Robert and Elizabeth and Mary and S.... the Brothers and Sisters of the said William Turvie the younger aforesaid the sum of two pounds apeece And further more my will is that where as my Executor is to paye to my Brothers Children the sum of twenty pounds by my mothers will I have heared of .... of the Same money and have free the Executor of my mothers will of that trouble and if aney of my kinsfolk shall not thinke well of it then my Executor hearof  to named shall pay them their share of the twenty pounds and be Excused of the said Legasie before mentioned  Allsoe I nominate and apoynte my Loveing Kinsman Richard Turvie which now liveth with me to be my full and whole Executor and to have and possess all the Rest of my goods and Chattls both with in dors and with out Except those before mentioned and those Cattell which are knowne and called his Sister frances ......... and allsoe her to paye all these legasies before mentioned and allsoe my funerall charges and all thereto belonging  And allsoe for the ..  Lone that I do bare to him and hope of his good nature to his brother and sister and all his other kinsfolk I do further nominate and apoynt him to be gardian for his sister frances and to take and keepe that I have given to him and to pay him interest for it till shee is on and twenty yeares of age or till shee is married and then to .... his acount for it  And allsoe the like to be don with the five pound which is given  to my kinsman William Turvie and all the other Legasies to be paid when they com to age  Item I give to my Brother Henry Banks in token of my Lone halfe a crowne to by him a pare of gloves And I doe intruste and nominate my Loving neighbor John Scriven  to be the overseer of this my will and I doe give to him a pair of gloves worth halfe a crowne for his pains  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written And in the presence of Prissilla Gumly John Lee
