In the name of God Amen I Henry of Bird of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Being weak in Body but of Sound and perfect sence and Memory Praised be Allmighty God for the same Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form followeth First I commend my Soul into the Hands of Allmighty God my Creator and Redeemer hopeing thro' the Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to Receive free pardon of All my Sins and as form my Body I Recommend to the Earth from whence it came and to be Decently Buried by my Executor after named and as for that Worldly Estate which it has pleased Allmighty God to bestow upon me I do dispose of as followeth Imprimis I give and Bequeath unto my Loveing Kinsman Henry Boswell of Stoak Goldington in the County of Bucks all that Cottage and freeland that belongs to the Cottage Lying and Being in Tathall End Late Bought of William Glover and the said Henry Boswell is to pay Every Half Year after the Death of the said Henry Bird the Sum of Twenty Five Shillings to Eliz Saxby dureing her Naturall Life as Long as She shall keep herself unmarried And my Will is that all the said Cottage and freeland Belonging to it I give and Bequeath to my Kinsman Henry Boswell and his Heirs for ever paying the aforesaid sum to the said Elizabeth Saxby and Provided the said Henry Boswell should Die before the said Elizabeth Saxby that then the Heirs or Excutors of the said Henry Boswell shall well and truely pay the said sum of Twenty Five Shillings Every Half Year to the said Elizabeth Saxby Dureing her Naturall Life provided She keeps herself unmarrried  Item I give unto my Kinsman Henry Boswell all my Moveables Whatsoever belongeth to me Except that Bed and Bedding in the parlour Chamber and that I give to Elizabeth Saxby Item I give and Bequeath to Henry Boswell the Sum of Two pounds and two Shillings over and above out of the Estate late Bought of Robert Braifield and for that House and Lands Bought of Robert Braifield I give and Bequeath as follows I give to Henry Boswell and all my Brothers and Sisters Children all that Estate Late Braifields to be equally Divided amongs them what shall be alive a Twelve Month after my Decease and as for what Money I owe at this time and shall owe at my Death and funerall Charges Defrayed for my Kinsman Henry Boswell and my Brothers and Sisters Children that I have gave Legacies to Share every one pay their Equall Share Item I give and Bequeath to my Loveing Kinsman Henry Boswell all my Rents that are due at this time or Shall become due at my Death and I do hereby make and ordain Henry Boswell to be my Whole and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my Hand and Seal this Eleventh day of January in the Year of our Lord Anno Dom 1730 Henry Bird Signed Sealed Published and Declared to be my Last Will and Testament of the said Henry Bird in the presence of us John Walker James Eustace Proved 15th March 1730
