In the name of God amen I John Wootton of Hanslopp in the County of Buckingham Yeoman being in perfect memory doe ordaine this my last will and Testament

1 I doe desire to bequeath my soule into the hands of my Creator who made me and in Jesus Christ who died for me

2 I doe bequeath unto my Mother Anne Wooton the sume of three pounds the first money that is gotten in after my decease

3 I bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Wootton all my best wareing cloths

4 I bequeath unto my Brother in law Michel Mason all my old wareing cloths

5 I bequeath unto my Sister Mason sone John Mason one ewe and one lambe

6 I bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Richardsons daughter Elizabeth one ewe and one lambe

7 I doe make my now wife Jane Wootton Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament shee paying, after my funerall charges paid the Legacis abovesaid and deliver the goods above menconed soone after my decease dated this present three and Twentie day of August in the yeare of our Lord 1671 whereunto I have set my hand and seale the day and yeare abovesaid
