In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Woodland of the Town of Hanslap in the County of Buckingham Shopkeeper being weak in Body but of Sound Mind and perfect Memory Do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) Imprimis I commend my Soul into the Hands of Allmighty God Hopeing thro’ the Meritts Death and Passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins and to Inheritt Everlasting Life and my Body I commit to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named And as touching and concerning the Disposition of all such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Allmighty God to Bestow upon me I give and Dispose thereof as followeth Item I will that all my Debts Legacies and funerall Charges shall in the first place be fully paid and Discharged Item Then I give unto my Son in Law Hugh Baldwin Two Shillings Item I give unto Elizabeth Purslow Sister to the said Hugh Baldwin Two Shillings Item I Give unto ffrances Lee Sister to the said Hugh Baldwin Two Shillings all the above mentioned Debts and Legacies I desire may be paid in good and Lawful Brittish Money Item my will and desire is that all the personal Estate goods and Chattells whatsoever I shall dye possessed of (All my Debts Legacies and funeral Expenses being first paid and Discharged) be Equally Divided and given unto my Son Joseph Woodland and John Reeve my Son in Law Share and Share alike And Lastly I do hereby ordain Nominate and Appoint my said Son Joseph Woodland and John Reeve sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke Disannull and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal as and for my last Will and Testament this thirteenth day of May in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty Two Joseph Woodland Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Testator (the words Elizabeth Purslow being first erazed) as and for his Last will and Testament in the presence of us John Gibson Sen.
