In the name of god amen I Willyam Church of Hanslopp in the countie of Bucks yeoman Sicke and weake in bodie, but of perfect memory, which I give the allmightie all honor and praise, I doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in the manner and forme followinge;  first I give and bequeath my soule, into the hands of allmighty god, the father sonne and holy ghoste, not doubtinge but stedfastly beleeveinge that I shall be made pertake of the benefitts of the pretious death and passion of my lord and saviour Jesus Christe, and my bodie I give to the earth from whence it came, to be buried in the churchyard of Roud (Roade) at the descretion of my executor, not doubtinge but that I shall be raysed upp to a glorious resurrection and be made inheritor of everlastinge life in eternall glory;  and for temporall estate,  I thus despose theareof Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Luke Parrat my sonne in lawe and his heires for ever all that acre of free land lyinge in Wiporie feilde;  Item I give unto Joane Church my daughter tenn pounds of good and lawfull mony of England to be paide within a moneth after my decease by my executor the above named Luke Parratt, whome I make and ordaine executor of this my last will and testament;  In witnes wheareof I have heareunto sett my hande and seale the xith daie of may in the yeare of the raigne of our soveraigne lord Charles by the grace of god of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland kinge defender of the faith etc in the yeare of our lord god 1635 Willyam Church;  sealed and delivered in the presence of John Tanne  Mary Mobes
