Memorandum that upon the three and Twentieth day of the month of September 1652 Margery Tompkings late of Hanslop in the County of Bucks widdow being sicke of the sicknes whereof shee dyed but of good and perfect memorie and understanding with an intent to settle and dispose of her estate  Did of her owne free will and word say and declare as followeth  That is to say;  She did give and bequeath to John Dimmocke her grandchild five pounds to be paid unto him when he shall accomplish the age of one and twentie yeares; and one Brass pott;  And to Susanna Dymmocke her Grandchild she gave the like somme of five pounds to be paid her at the age of one and twenty yeares; and one Brass panne  To her sonne Richard Tompkins she gave one Bedstead with one paire of sheetes and a paire of Blanketts   Alsoe to her daughter Elizabeth Dymocke she gave all the residue of her lynnen;  And appointed and ordained her eldest sonne William Tompkins to her full and sole Executor  To whome she gave the residue of her goods, Cattell Chattells and estate whatsoever unbequeathed Desireing him to see this her last will and testament Nuncupative truly performed And the said legacies and her debts paid and discharged which words or to the same effecte and purpose were by the said Margery Tompkins spoken and uttered as above said in the presence of William Tompkins and Dorothy Lacy
