In the Name og God Amen I Mathewe Horne of Hansloppe in the County of Bucks ffellmonger beinge sicke in Boddy but of good and perfect memory thaankes be to Allmighty God for the same doe make this my last Will and testament in manner and forme ffollowinge ffirst I bequeath my Soule into the Hands of God my Creator beseechinge him for the meritts of Jesus Christ my onley Saviour and Redeemer to Receave the same to his mercy My Boddy I comend to the earth to be Buryed in such sorte as my executrix here after named shall thinke fitt  And as for my Worldly goods where with it hath pleased Allmighty God to blesse me I ffirst give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Anne Horne all that my mesuage or tenement with all the appurtenances thereunto belonginge situate and beinge in Church end in the Parrish of Hansloppe aforesaid;  for and dureinge her Naturall Life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath the sayd mesuage or tenement with all the appurtenances to my Sone Christopher Horne and to his Heires for ever  Item I give and bequeath to my sayd sonne Christopher, the bedsted in the chamber over the shoppe , Item I give to him one Cubord and Table, ffive Joyned Stooles and one Glasse Case all which stand in the Roome called my Hall Item I give and bequeath to the sayd Christopher one great Brasse pott, and great brasse Kettle, and great Tube, one great K........ one Coverlett, and one ffeather bed but allwais provided and my Will is that my sayd Wife Anne Horne shall have the quiet possession and use of all the severall befor bequeathed goods during her Naurall Lyfe  Item I give and bequeath to the sayd Christopher all my Waringe apparrell and all the tools belonginge to my trade ,Alsoe I give and bequeath to the sayd Christopher Horne the sume of ffive pounds of good and Lawfull money of England to be payd to the sayd Christopher within three monethes after my decease by my executrix here after menconed and the Rest of all my goods and Chattells Detts and Creditts I give and bequeath to my Lovinge Wyfe Anne Horn whome I make my Sole executrix of this my last Will and testament In Witnes Whereof I have here unto sett my Hand and seale the Twentieth day of Aprill in the sixteenth yeare of the Reigne of our soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland Kinge defender of the faith etc Anno Dom 1664  the marke of Mathew Horne Sealed Signed and published in the presence of  the marke of Anne fforty Jo. fforty
