In the name of God Amen the xxviij th daie of May 1610 I Lawrence Mablye of Hanslapp in the county of Bucks yeoman Beinge sicke in Bodye but whole in Mynde and of good and p[er]fect Remembrance thancks Be to allmightie god do make this my Last will and testament In manner followinge firste befour all thinges I bequeathe my Soule to almightie God my maker and to Jesus Christ his sonne my saviour and Redeemer by whose deathe and passion I beleeve my soule shalbe received into his glorious kingdom there to remayne for ever and my bodie to be buryed in  the chuyrche yeard of Hanslapp aforesaid  Item I geve to the mother churche of Lyncolne ij d  Item I geve and bequeath to my Daughters Annis one heyfere of ij yeres old  Item I geve and Bequeath to the children of Jane Jenkins one cowe, and to each of them one lambe also I geve to my sonne Walter Mablye x s  also I geve and bequeath to Elizabeth and Anni Mablye ye children of Robert Mably my sonne to eche of them one Ewe lambe p[ro]vided Also that I the aforesaid Lawrence Mablye do testifie and declare to all men that I have paid and delivered to to Walter John Robert and Luke  my sonnes and to Annis Anne Jane and Mary my daughters which are all nowe maried all such goodes and cattels sum and sumes of money which I p[ro]mised them or any of them at or before theire mariages or at any time since yet not withstanding I geve and bequeath to eche one of them of my said sonnes and daughters as a token of Remembrance to Walter John Robert and Luke and Annis Anne Jane and Mary  eche of them v s  Item I geve and bequeath to my daughter Annis one heyfer of ij yeres old  Item my will is that the cowe and lambes which I geve to the children of Jane Jenkins shalbe Imploid to the best use for to breed them  ....   alsoe I geve to Walter Mablye x s also I geve to Elizabeth and Annis Mablye the children of  Robert Mablye my sonne eche of them one ewe lambe p[ro]vided  also that I the aforesaid Lawrence Mablye do testifie and declare to all men that I have paid and delivered to Walter John Robert and Luke my sonnes  and to Annis Anne Jane and Mary my daughters all suche goodes and cattels sume and sumes of money which I promissed them or any of them at or before theire mariages or at any time since  Item my will is that althe rest of the Legacies herein mentioned shalbe paid within three yeres next after my death all the rest of my goods and cattells moveable or unmoveable of whatkind soever they be unbequeathed my will is that Jane my wiefe shall use occupie and enioy the one halfe of house quitely for the mayntenance of her household during the tyme of her natuall liefe and after the decease of the said Jane my wiefe I geve and bequeath to Thomas Mablye my Sonne all my foresaid goods and cattels whome I doe ordayne and make my whole executor to this my last will and testament for to se it p[er]formed as my faithfull trust is in him and Walter Mablye and John Knight my sonne in Lawe my supervisors to be assistance to my Executor for to see my Last will and testament be p[er]formed and to have for theire so doinge eche of them x s  In witnes whereof to this my Last will and testament I have put my hand and seale the daie and yere first above written    Lawrence Mabley      Sealled and delivered in the presence of George Welford  Nicholas Winne
