In the Name of God Amen I Ralph Morgan of Hanslap in the County of Bucks Being Infirm in Body but of Sound mind and Understanding Do make this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following I Recomend my Soul that pretious (precious) and immortall part of me into the Hands of Allmighty God my Creator Hopeing for the pardon of all my Sins Thro' the Meritts of my Ever Blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ And my Body to be Buried at the Discretion of my Executors hereinafter named And as to the Worldly goods God in his Great Mercy hath Blessed me with I give and Dispose thereof as followeth (Viz) I Desire that all my Just Debts and funerall Expences shall be first paid and satisfyed And then I give to my Brother John Morgan one of my Executors hereinafter named the Sum of fourty pounds I also give to his Wife a Gold Ring Item I give to my Brother Blithe Morgan my other Executor  hereinafter named the Sum of fourty pounds I also give to his Wife a Gold Ring Item I give to my Sister Alice Jackson the Sum of fourty pounds to be paid her at the end of one Whole Year next after my Decease I Also give her two Silver Spoons Item I give to my Sister Elizabeth Broad the Sum of fourty pounds to be paid her at the end of one Whole Year next after my Decease I Also give her two Silver Spoons Item I give to my Kinswoman now Liveing with me Ann Crutchly the Sum of fourty pounds to be paid her at the end of one Whole Year Next after my Decease I Also give my said Kinswoman Ann Crutchly (for and in Consideration of her great care toward me Dureing my Illness) the Sum of five pounds more to Buy her a suit of Mourning  I Also give her ye Best Bed and Chest of Drawers a Looking Glass a Mantle and all the furniture now standing my Best Chamber I also give her two of the Best Silver Spoons and two Silver Tea Spoons and I also give the Gold Ring she now wears Item I give to my Son in Law John Parratt my Silver Tankard and a Broad peice of Gold of one pound five shillings value I also give him one of the Largest Gold Rings Item I give to Mary Gregory (for and in Consideration of her Care towards me dureing my Illness) of the Sume of two pounds and two Shillings All the Rest and Residue of my Household goods I desire may be sold for the payment of my Debts and funerall Expences and my Will is that the surplus shall be Divided Share and Share alike between my Brothers John Morgan  Blithe Morgan  my Sisters Alice Jackson and Elizabeth Broad and my Kinswoman Ann Crutchly all above named and then all my other Goods Chattells Moneys or Securities for Money of what  nature or kindsoever I give and Devise to the above named John Morgan and Blithe Morgan whom I make full and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and ordain this to be my only Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Ralph Morgan have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty Eight day of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty One Ralph Morgan Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Ralph Morgan to be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have Subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence and at the request of the Testator William Pantor Richard Phillips  William Ancell
