In the name of God Amen I William Fortescue of Hanslopp in the Countie of Buckingham Kt.  doe make this my last will and testament  First I bequeath my soule into the hands of Allmighty God craveing mercy and forgivenes of my Sinnes by the merritts and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ  Item I give to my Nephew Mr William ffortescue fortie pounds Item I give to my servant Thomas Rolf twenty pounds in money  Item I give to my servant Toby Tarrye twentie pounds in money and ten pounds per Annum during his naturall life issuinge out of my rents of Clearkenwell  Item I give to my servant Richard Bunch vi  pounds in money and five pounds per annum during his naturall life out of Clarkenwell rents.  Item I give to my servant John Ledge five pounds in money and foure pounds per annum duringe his life out of the same rents at Clarkenwell  Item I give to John Abraham my servant five pounds in money  Item I give to my Maid Servant An twenty pounds in money  Item I give my Maide Eleanor five pounds in money  Item I give Thomas ffortescue fortie shillings  Item I give Dany Edwards and his wife five pounds   Item I give Goodwife Seale twenty shillings  Item I give Alexander fforde twentie shillings  Item I give Goodwife Southy Twentie shillings Item I give to the poore of Hanslopp six pounds.  Item I give to poore of Mursley six pounds where I desire my body maie be buried   Item I make my nephew Mr John ffortescue Esquire sole Executor of this my last will and testament putting hereunto my hand and seale  W Fortescue  Witnes to this will Tho.
