ffirst I give and bequeath my soule unto Almighty God that created me and Redeemed me  I Richard Ellis of hanslapp in the County of Bucks yeoman being well in Body and perfect memory doe constitute ordaine appoint and make this my last will and Testament in manner and form as followeth Imprimis I doe give and bequeath to my son Christopher Wrenn and Sarah his wife the house that is in long street with the pightle and orchard and all that doe belong to them for their hieres and after their death to my grandson Richard Wrenn and his heires Allsoe I doe give and bequeath to my son Christopher Wrenn and his wife and their heires for ever one Close called Jefferyes Close with the  part that was bought of Henry Mills alsoe two acres of arable land lying in Broachfield with half the baulks on eather side ( Alsoe I doe give and bequeath unto  my granddaughters Mary and Sarah Wrenn five pounds apeice when they come to the age of one and twenty yeares) to be paid by my Executor Also I doe give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Newman four pounds to be paid within one year after my decease Allsoe I doe give and bequeath to my grandson Charles Wrenn twenty pounds which is upon a Mortgage on a house and pightle which is in wooding lane which now in possession of Robert Jeffrey if the house and Pightle be not redeemed they fall to Charles Wrenn Alsoe I doe give and bequeath to my cozen Richard Ellis of Bulling End twenty shilling within one year after my decease and all that I have indisposed I leave to my son Christoher Wrenn whome I make sole Executor and I desire my cozen Richard Ellis of Bulling end to be overseer of this my last will and Testament Allsoe it is my will and Testament that my son Christopher Wrenn my Executor shall pay all those my legacies given to them above written Richard Ellis sealed the day and year above written in the presence of the marke of Jane Allibone Richard Ellis Jun. Robert Reeve
