In the Name of God Amen this present Twenty fifth day of March 1721 I Thomas Rawlins  of Hanslap in the County of Bucks Malster being sick and weak in body but of Sound and perfect mind and memory praised be God considering the mortallity of my body and knowing that it's appointed for all men once to dye do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first and principally I give my Soul into the hands of God who gave it me and for my body I commend it to the Earth to be buryed in Christian and decent manner not doubting but at the Generall Resurrection to receive the Sound and Salvation thro' the meritts of our blessed Lord and Saviour and as touching worldly Estate with which God hath blessed me I give devise and bequeath  in manner following ffirst I make and ordain my Dear and loving wife Ann my Sole Executrix  allowing paying and discharging all my debts and likewise I ordain Richard Hilliar of the same....... (as being my Chief Creditor) to oversee and direct her my said wife in the paying and discharging my severall debts as in my book of Accounts and Bills Specifyed and that he the said Richard  Hilliar shall and with my wife do and satisfye every such debt as in my said book or notes shall be found good And it is my desire and will that Ann my Dear wife shall enjoy possess and use all and what ever shall be found remaining and .......due to me after payment made to all my Creditors as in and according to my said book and  bills shall be made to appear good  And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and annull all and every other former Wills Testaments and Legacies made by me above time  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seale the day and year before mentioned The mark of Thomas Rawlins Signed Sealed and declared by the said Thomas Rawins as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of Thomas Mellor Jun. Thomas Jennings
