In the Name of God amen I Elizabeth Smith of Handslop in the County of Bucks widdow being in Great weakness and infirmity of body but in perfect health and sound of mind thanks be given to God therefore do make Ordayne and appoint this my Last Will and Testament as is expressed in Manner following Imprimis I doe comend my Soule to the Merceyes of God in Christ Jesus Next I do committ my body to be buryed in due and decent manner at the discretion of my friends Item I doe Ordain and appoint that all my Lawfall debts shall  be duely and careully paid in the first place by my Executrix out of the value and revenue arising  from my Goods and Chattells which I do therefore principally Allott for that use and purpose Item whatsoever moneys or effects goods or Chattells shall after the the payment of my Lawfall debts remaine or be over..... I do bequeath and give to be equally divided and shared by and amongst all and every of my Children and the Children of my late Husband Samuel Smith (that is to say)  Mary Smith (whom I do also ordayne Constitute and appoint my Sole Executrix to this my Last Will and Testament) Johnathon Smith  Elizabeth  Anne  Edmund and Catherine Smith all and every of which person above mentioned it is my will and pleasure that they shall equally share and divide and enjoye amongst them the remaining part of my Goods Chattells and Effects after the payment of my due and Lawfall debts allowing also out of the same to my Executrix the charges of proving this my Will with other Charges that she shall necessarily bear in Executing and performing of the same heartyly recomending to them love Unity and peace and wishing them prosperity in this world and everlasting happyness in the Next The marke of Elizabeth Smith Signed and declared and Sealed in the presence of us Sh.
