In the Name of God Amen I Christopher Saxby of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Being very weak of Body but in  perfect Sense and Memory Do make this my Last Will and Testament Disannulling all other former Wills whatsoever that is to say in form as follows first I give and Bequeath my Soul to God Allmighty who gave it to me hoping thro the Meritts and Mercy of my Blessed Lord and Saviour to be Saved and my Body to be Decently Buried by my Executors and as touching that Little Worldly Substance the Lord Hath been pleased to Bestow upon me I do give and Bequeath as follows I do Nominate and Ordain my Loveing Wife Elizabeth Saxby my whole and sole Executrix And after ye said Decease of Elizabeth my Loveing Wife I do make and Ordain my Son Henry Saxby whole and Sole Executor Imprimis I give to my Loveing Wife Elizabeth Saxby all and SIngular all my Money Horses Cows Sheep Waggons Carts Brass pewter Beds Bedding Linnen Wooden Tubs Barrells with all other Utensils whatsoever and after the Decease of ye said Elizabeth my wife all ye said Goods Before Mentioned to be my Son Henry Saxby's and this is my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all former and other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have here unto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of August in the thirteen Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain ffrance Ireland King Defender of ye faith Anno Dom one Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Six the mark of Chrisopher Saxby Signed Sealed published and Delivered by ye said Christopher Saxby as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have also Subscribed our names in the presence of ye Testator the marke of Richard Hillyer the marke James Herbert
