In the name of God Amen I Roger Walduck of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Yeoman being being weak in body and of sound and perfect mind and memory praised be Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following  first and principally I comend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hopeing through the Meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer forever free pardon and remission of All my Sins as to my body I comitt the same to the Earth from whence it came to be Decently Buryed at the Discretion of my Executrix  hereafter named and as to that Wordly Estate which it has pleased God to bestow upon  me I give and Dispose thereof as followeth and I do hereby make and ordain my said Wife Sarah Walduck Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament provided she does not marry again if married again to pay my Son Roger Walduck the sume of twenty pounds and to my Daughter Mary Walduck the sume of twenty pounds and if either of my Children  should dye before their Mother should marry again then the twenty pounds to return to the others in case my Wife Sarah Walduck should marry again I order my Trustees to Demand the twenty pounds Each for my Children in five days Time and I do hereby Nominate and appoint for my Trustees of this my Last Will and Testament Richard Rives of Newport Pagnell Butcher Richard Hillyer of Hanslopp Yeoman and John Bowman of Hanslopp Yeoman all in ye County of Bucks Declaring this to be my Last Will and Testament and no other In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of October Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty two the mark of Roger Walduck signed and sealed in the presence of James England the mark of Sarah Gebill
