In the name of God Amen the xviij th daie of November 1608 I Richard Reve of Hanslape in the countie of Bucks Taylor being sicke in my body but of good remembrance thanks be to Almytie God do make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following   ffirst I bequeath my soule to Almytie God my maker and saviour and my body to be buried in the churyard of Hanslape Also I geve to the Mother church of Lincoln ij d ffurthermore I geve to my sonne Thomas Reve my black cowe in consideracon of the great chardg he hath heretofore disbursed for me And to him the table that is to make of the Tymber that is in my house which is some part thereof his owne. and which he provided and to him all the bordes and sawed tymber Except one table and a bed to be made oute of the same Timber which parte I doe geve to my sonne Richard Reve   Also I will that my hovells which stand in the yard and ground shall there stand during the life of Ales my wife and afterwards to my son Thomas his use for ever   The rest of my goods and chattells which are myne owne I geve and bequeath to Ales my wife whom I make my executrix of this my laste will and testament and she to see my debts paid and my funeralls dischardged   Witnesses hereof are  Rowland Hillson Guy Parkins and John Newman
