In the name of god  Amen: The 26th daie of March 1636 I Winifred Travill of Hanslopp in the county of Bucks widowe, sicke in bodie, but of good and perfect memorie, thankes be to god for it, doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge; ffirst I bequeath my soule into the handes of allmightie god, my maker and redeemer, by whose death and meritts I hope to be saved; and my bodie to the ground from whence it was taken in pure and certaine hope of a joyfull resurrection at the last daie; and of all my worldly goodes I dispose as followeth;  I give and bequeath all my croppes and all my beasts unto my sonne Richard Travill, and my daughter Joane Travill equally to be devided betweene them; I give to my daughter Joane more twentie and eight pounds in mony, and eight pence for platters and three porringers, twoe sawcers and one salt seller, and seaven paire of sheets, and halfe a dosen of the best napkins and the ioyned bedd in the parlour with the furniture that is uppon it;  Item I give more to my daughter Joane the biggest brasse panne, and the biggest brasse pott, and the biggest kettle save one, and one chafing dishe, one brasse candlesticke, and the shorter chest in the parlour, and the lesser cofer in the chamber, and twoe pillowe beares and one table cloath;  Item I give unto my daughter Joyce Leach fower pewter platters, and fower paire of sheetes, and one brasse panne, the best save one;  Item I give to John Leach sonne of Ralph Leach my grandechilde, one pied yearelinge bullocke;  Item I give to Mary Leach my grandechilde five shillings in mony; Item I give to Ralph Leach, Richard Leach and Willyam Leach five shillinges apeece, to be paide within one yeare after my decease  Item I give to my sonne Thomas Twelve pence in mony to be paide whensoever he demandeth it;  All other my goodes unbequeathed, my debts paide, and my funerall expences discharged, I give and bequeath to Richard Travill my youngest sonne, whome I make and ordaine my sole and whole executor of this my last will and testament  Witnesses Robert Parrot Senior Robert Parrot Junior
