In the name of God Amen In the yeare 1671  I Richard Whittaker being Weake of body but being in perficte Memory Praysed be god I doe Commit my soule to All Mighty God my Redeemer And my body to be buried in the Parish Churchyard of Hanslopp Item I give unto my daughter Lettis Whittaker the Summe of one shilling Item I give to my Grandchild Mary Adkins the summe of twenty shillings Item I doe Ordaine and Apoynt Margaret my Wife to be sole Executrix of All my goodes And Chattells And my possesions whatsoever And this shall be My Last Will and Testament and I doe utterly revoke and Deny all other Wills And Testaments whatsoever  (Witnesses) Richard Lane Edward heath Elizabeth heath
